From 23 to 24 May 2019, the Archaeological Museum in Biskupin hosted the: IX Konferencja Sprawozdawcza „Badania archeologiczne w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim w latach 2017-2018”.
The conference is organized every 2 years and refers to current archaeological research results carried out in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship. It’s organized by the Provincial Office for Monuments Protection in Toruń-Delegatura in Bydgoszcz, the Institute of Archeology of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the Archaeological Museum in Biskupin.
We were also there 🙂 Dr hab. Grzegorz Osipowicz presented a lecture: Z badań nad wczesnoholoceńskimi społecznościami zbieracko-łowieckimi Pojezierza Chełmińsko-Dobrzyńskiego. Rezultaty prac wykopaliskowych przeprowadzonych w latach 2017-2018 na stanowiskach Nowogród 26 i Paliwodzizna 29, gm. Golub-Dobrzyń.
